The bid to provide 'Tank Pumping and Hydro-Jetting Services' was awarded to Martin Septic Service, Inc., on February 3, 2009.  The company has indicated that they are unable to meet the bid specifications so it is being re-awarded to FCS, Inc.  The bid is for a period of one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods.  The funds for these services are contained in the capital budget allocated to the Facilities Services Department.
